Medan this week
Medan this week experience flood seriously. It's really really bothersome to me and maybe all the inhabitant. All roads are filled with much water.
When I go to school and go home from school, It's realy troublesome.
the question is why it can happen?
because there are so many buildings construction downtown, but the ditchs are not being renovated. so if the rain fall heavily, and there is no more rain saucer, it will make flood. I think that's why we always get flood all this six months if there is heavy rain.
